Hope Extended (HE) is a 501 (c) (3) organization which exists for the purpose of addressing the financial needs of Casa de Fe by working to create a community of supporters who understand the needs of Casa de Fe and are dedicated to addressing those needs.

Patti Sue Arnold, CEO
Patti Sue is a retired chief warrant officer with three combat campaigns. She is the mother of three sons and five grandchildren. She first came to Ecuador in 2000, where she lived in Quito. She moved to Shell in 2003 with two Ecuadorian foster children. Within three weeks of moving to Shell, she received another foster child from a local hospital. This was the unofficial start of Casa de Fe. In 2005, the Ecuadorian foundation of Casa de Fe(Foundation Casa de Fe) was legally formed. At this time, there were 19 children. From that time to the present, Casa de Fe has cared for over 400 children. Patti Sue is the president of the Board of Casa de Fe as well as the president of Hope Extended, a US non-profit organization. Rick Reyolds, Chairman
Rick is a communications and marketing professional with more than three decades in the newspaper publishing industry, Rick has successfully lead and managed dozens of newspaper companies throughout the southern US, all the while serving in leadership roles in his local church, civic and business organizations.
Rick’s career focus has always been on building stronger, more enriched communities through an enlightened citizenry and the development of strategic partnerships.
A shift from corporate leadership to industry consultant in 2012 allowed Rick more time to devote his gifts and experience of community development and marketing to Kingdom work, serving God’s children. Exposed to Casa de Fe in 2013 while attending FBC Brookhaven, Mississippi, he and his wife Patti, daughter Kinsey, (a special needs instructor) and her husband Tom have each served the children at Casa personally, on multiple visits to Shell. Rick and Patti also have a son Brian, a digital media professional in Houston, TX.
Rick is using his unique marketing skills, desire to do Kingdom work and love for the children of Casa de Fe as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Hope Extended.
Joe Davis, Treasurer
Married to Kathy, two adult sons and two granddaughters.
Education: BS from University of Southern Mississippi
Experience: 33 years in retail grocery with the last 26 in management. 18+ years as Church Administrator for First Baptist Church of Brookhaven, Ms. My areas of responsibility include church finance, building maintenance, and Church construction projects.
Testimony: I was saved at age 35 while taking a Master Life class. God had been working on me through Bible study for two years prior to this life changing event. My passions in church life is the Adult Choir and Mission work.
Stan Foster, Secretary
Stan Foster, 53, has served his small hometown community in many ways over the years. His annual summer trips to Ecuador have allowed him to serve another community half a world away. Stan has worked in the banking industry for more than 20 years and is currently President of Trustmark Bank in Brookhaven, MS. Stan has been past President of the Chamber of Commerce, Exchange Club and Rotary Club. He is currently holding board positions for Fellowship of Christian Athletes, industrial Development Foundation and the Mississippi School of the Arts. Stan shares his commitment to mission work with his wife, Sarah. Their daughter, Meg, 15, has made several trips to Casa de Fe as well. They also have a son, Wil, in college. Hanna Allen, General Member
Hannah is a native of Brookhaven, Mississippi. She graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2013 with a bachelor's of science in Child and Family Relations, with minors in Psychology and Spanish. While in college, Hannah did an internship at the Forrest County Youth Court, working primarily on child advocacy cases and with the Youth Drug Court program.
Hannah went on to graduate from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2016. While in law school, Hannah became involved in public interest organizations and helped put together the Working in the Public Interest Conference, an annual conference for public interest attorneys and leaders of non-profits in the Southeast. She also worked as a family law research assistant and served as a Volunteer Mediator for the Athens-Clarke Magistrate Court.
Currently, Hannah works as an associate Attorney at family law firm in the metro Atlanta area. As a specially appointed attorney general, she represents the Department of Family and Children Services in child advocacy cases. Hannah first encountered Casa de Fe on a summer trip in 2014. She is passionate about helping children who are abused and neglected the loving homes they deserve.
Omer Troyer, Education Advisor
Omer is a 74 year old passionate educator. After spending 30 years in the public school system in Iowa, 23 as an administrator, Omer branched out looking for new ways to use and continue to advance his experience as an educator. He traveled around the world to Bahrain for 8 years and Ecuador since 2005, helping to bring the best education to children as well as helping to improve their learning environment and teaching staff. Omer is an avid learner himself always seeking to learn from others in order to better serve those around him. After 6 years of serving on the board of director of Gator Camp for Boys in Punta Gorda, Florida.
Omer's passion for the children of Casa de Fe has brought him to serve on the board of Directors of Hope Extended as Education and Financial advisor.

Mike Gentry, Spiritual Advisor
Husband, Father, Grandfather, Mike Gentry has been involved with children’s ministries his entire adult life. Passionate about giving children the opportunity to hear the Word of God and see it in their lives, Mike was involved in bus ministries for many years. He has been a youth pastor for over 20 years. Striving to live out the Word of God in his life and to demonstrate this to those in his charge, his motto to those he teaches is "Transforming Children Into Spiritual Champions to Reach The World for Christ”. Mike goes regularly to local homeless shelters and works in prison ministries. Mike has been coming to Casa de Fe as a team leader since 2009, and currently serves the Hope Extended Board as Spiritual Advisor and Friend.
Bart Allen, Business Advisor
Since his youth, Bart’s tenacity and willpower have served him well. In adulthood, his work ethic translated into a career. Bart is an entrepreneur and co-owner of Gator Sign Company, Inc., in McComb, Mississippi. He and his business partner started with one small bucket truck and have grown their company into a large corporation. Gator Sign Company has accounts which take Bart all over the United States installing signs. The owners of Gator Sign Company love to thank God for their success by giving back to the community and to those in need.
Bart has also spent his personal life dedicated to community service and charity, and he loves using his construction and building skills to make the world a better place for others. He has been on mission trips all over the United States building structures for churches and other non-profit organizations. He and his family first encountered Casa de Fe on a summer trip with FBC Brookhaven in 2015. He loves being able to use his unique skills to make the facilities at Casa de Fe the best they can be for the children. Bart now serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Hope Extended.

Connie Hodges, Secretary to the Treasurer
Wife, Mother and Grandmother, Connie has serve behind the scenes as a church secretary at First Baptist Church of Brookhaven, MS for 26 years. First as children’s choir coordinator/music secretary and now as music and education secretary she is an intricate part of the heart and soul of FBC. Her heart was stolen by Casa de Fe as she played on the carpet in the church library with Cintia and Edison way back in 2003 and she has never looks back. She poured her heart and soul into helping CdF, by coming to CdF as a team member and later as team leader, Connie has been coming to CdF yearly since 2008, as well as helping to organize extremely successful fundraisers. Connie’s life was forever changed that simple day so long ago when Cintia crawled into her heart.
Connie now serves as treasurer of the Board of directors of Hope Extended.
