Jennifer is a wonderful and beautiful addition to our family. I got a call from a Pastor, who is affiliated with my church here in Puyo. He told me of a family with four children who were mourning the loss of their mother. The father of the family works hard to care for his family but was afraid for his young daughter who was alone much of the time with her older brothers and their friends. So, Jennifer 9 year old Jennifer came to live at the Casa de Fe. Jennifer excelled in school from the beginning and in one month in school her 5th grade class voted Jennifer as their representative. She also loves to help with the little ones and does well with the other girls her age. Those of you who have girls you will understand the problems of having more than 2 girls. We have 5 girls in that age group and we have had our ups and downs in the last few months. Someone always seems to be mad at someone else. Jenny has become the self-proclaimed arbitrator. She steps in whenever there is a problem and she is a natural. I love having her around. Jenny will soon start 7th grade and is still a joy to have around.
